We provide samples for evaluation. For existing product styles, you can apply to obtain physical samples before placing a bulk order. The associated sample fees will be deducted from the total amount of that subsequent bulk order once you confirm and proceed with it.

If your needs involve completely custom designs, our workflow will first involve creating detailed Computer-Aided Design (CAD) renderings based on your requirements. After obtaining your approval, we will then proceed to the physical prototype production stage. Formal production will only commence after you have also confirmed the physical prototype, ensuring the final product meets expectations. This process reflects our rigorous approach to custom projects as a lab-grown diamond manufacturer.

Regarding sample shipping, the associated freight costs will be determined through negotiation based on your specific region.
