A: Yes, we can customize as per your request 1. MOQ for custom design is 500pcs. 2. Customized package is welcome! would you please show me your design and request, so that I can check if  the design is okay and I will get the best price for you.

Q:Can I get a free sample?        

A: Yes we can provide you free white mock-up samples, but you'll need to pay for the freight cost. If you need custom sample, there'll be sample cost, but we can refund you $100 ($200) samples cost when the total amount of your orders reaches $10,000 ($20,000).

Q: Is it possible to return or exchange the goods?        

A: All goods will be checked by QC before shipping. We will take finished product video and pictures to you to check, after you checkking.The goods will not be shipped until we got "YES" from QC department. If there is quality issue after receiving the goods, considering the high international transportation fee, we suggest to refund the amount of defected products or produce more in next order to refill the last order and give some extra.

Q:Do you have any designs for our choose and how much is it?        

A:Our products are usually customized, but if you need us to help design, it is OK, the design fee will be charged according to different styles.
